What payment methods do you accept?#
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Invoicing is available for annual commitments.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?#
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What's the minimum commitment?#
We recommend a 3-month minimum engagement to see meaningful results, but there's no long-term contract requirement.
Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?#

Can I use your on-premises servers for development?#
Yes, all plans include access to development environments on our physical servers. This is often more cost-effective than cloud for dev/test workloads.
What happens if I need support outside business hours on XS/S plans?#
Emergency support outside business hours is available at an additional cost. Consider upgrading to the M plan for 24/7 coverage.
