• Shared tenancy: Your instance runs alongside thousands of other customers with no physical isolation
• Compliance gaps: GDPR-compliant processing agreements, ISO 27001, and TISAX certifications are not included or not possible with SaaS
• Audit limitations: Limited ability to provide evidence of access controls and data handling required by auditors

For TISAX-certified automotive suppliers or companies under GDPR's Chapter V restrictions, these aren't minor inconveniences—they are blockers.

We provision and operate dedicated GitLab instances on EU-based infrastructure. Your GitLab is yours alone:

• Single-tenant: No shared compute, storage, or network with other customers
• EU-hosted: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, or any Hetzner/OVH/IONOS region of your choice
• GitLab Select Partner: We have direct access to GitLab support and licensing for both Premium and Ultimate tiers
• Your domain: gitlab.yourcompany.com with SSL, custom email, and LDAP/SSO integration

Single-Server (€250–€2,000/month)

Best for teams up to ~1,000 users who don't need multi-region redundancy. A single, well-provisioned server handles GitLab, CI/CD, and storage with daily backups and automatic failover for upgrades.

All tiers include: daily backups with 14-day retention, rolling zero-downtime upgrades, SSL + custom domain, and choice of EU or global region.

Cloud Native HA (custom pricing)

For organizations requiring 99.99%+ uptime with zero data loss. GitLab's Cloud Native Hybrid architecture distributes across multiple nodes and availability zones. Available as an add-on to Business and Enterprise tiers, or as a standalone deployment.

GitLab is licensed separately from infrastructure. We manage licensing procurement and renewals as part of the service:

• GitLab Premium: €29/user/month — includes code review, CI/CD, protected branches, merge request approvals, SAML SSO
• GitLab Ultimate: €99/user/month — adds DAST/SAST security scanning, compliance dashboards, value stream analytics, advanced audit events

We can also transfer existing GitLab licenses to the managed instance.

Our infrastructure is certified and audited annually:

• ISO 27001:2022 — Information security management system covering all managed services
• TISAX — Automotive information security assessment (AL2), required for suppliers to VW Group, BMW Group, Mercedes-Benz, and 15+ other OEMs
• GDPR — Data processing agreements (DPA) available in English and German; all data processed within EU jurisdiction
• SOC 2 Type II — Available on request for US-market customers
